Required:•Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);•Experience with agency-specific policies, procedures, and databases.•Expertise in requirement gathering, information technology design techniques, and process documentation.•Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Excel for data management and visualizations.
Preferred:•Skilled in creating technical manuals and training materials.•Familiarity with developing visualizations and reports, ideally using Tableau and Excel.•Experience in designing data reporting frameworks, data dictionaries, and metadata warehouses.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:•Evaluate information from various sources, reconcile conflicts, and identify underlying needs.•Design and develop visualizations (using Tableau and Excel) for stakeholders and customers.•Resolve complex issues related to data reporting and information management.•Create process control plans and other process-related documentation.•Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.•Develop, manage, and maintain SQL queries and procedures using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).•Provide training and technical assistance in data management and information analysis.
