Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. What You'll DoYou, as an RN, will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.Building relationships, managing discomfort, staying professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and families.Creating care plans reflecting values aids in resolving issues.You will help educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices. Our workforce should mirror the communities we serve.Registered Nurse Requirements At least five years of RN experience in Labor and Delivery/AntepartumGraduate of an Accredited Nursing Program- Strongly prefer BSN or higherLicense/CertificationoRN- Registered Nurse oBLS- Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire) oNRP- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (required within 30 days of hire)•As this is a new unit/hospital, all nurses must be willing to float to all Women's/Children's units until fully staffed.
