A health services network in New York is currently seeking a new, licensed Psychiatrist for a great Outpatient opportunity with their Behavioral Health team in the Hudson Valley. In this role, the Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing psychiatric care for clients receiving services through the Community Behavioral Health program.

The Psychiatrist will:Render psychiatric and neurological diagnostic services for clients, utilizing the contributions of mental health professionalsParticipate in the intake and screening process of patientsProvide medication managementProvide referral information to alternate placement facilitiesReview intake and treatment plans and signs the record as required by regulationsParticipate in in-service trainingParticipate in information-educational community activities to further community knowledge in the detection and prevention of psychiatric disordersAct as a resource person for other staff in the areas of Medicine, Psychiatry, and NeurologyPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:Licensed to practice Psychiatry in the State of New YorkBoard Eligible / CertifiedYour privacy is important to us.
