Travel Nurse RN - ER/Trauma in Melrose, MN

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Specialty:** Emergency Room (ER) with Float to Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Contracted Hours

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years required - At least 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) and 1 year of Medical-Surgical (MS) experience. First-time ER/Med-Surg travelers accepted.

**License:** MN state license (can be pending). Locals not accepted; candidates cannot live within 50 miles of the facility.

**Certifications:**- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)- Basic Life Support (BLS)- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

**Must-Have:**- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias- General Emergency Department experience with combined Adult/Pediatric required- OB experience preferred

**Job Description:**- Float to Med-Surg required to meet facility needs- Floating to other facilities is possible with a set schedule in locations such as Melrose, Long Prairie, or Sauk Centre- Work 6 weekends over a 13-week contract- No on-call requirement- Ratios: Days 1:4, Nights 1:6- Must complete Livescan fingerprinting in person in MN on the Monday prior to the start date- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccine mandates unless a medical or religious exemption is provided- Flu vaccine requirements uncertain- Orientation includes 14 hours (non-billable)
