Mon-Fri 9am-5pmJOB DESCRIPTIONInterpretation of AML Risk standards, guidelines, policies and procedures. Make risk based determination through Quality Analysis whether alerts were properly cleared by Compliance Alerts Analysts. Ensure Alert data has been accurately collected and documented, including but not limited to: Investigations data, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARS) & Currency Transaction Reports (CTR), Know Your Customer (KYC) information, any relevant account and transaction data and all required information which would assist in an investigation. Strong research, analytical and comprehension skills, with ability to analyze large amounts of data.***NOTE: Training will be provided.***RESPONSIBILITIESCollect and analyze data, including alert, transactions, customer demographics and relevant account information to identify potential suspicious activityDisposition and fully document the investigation, including supporting data, analysis, and rationale for disposition within the case management systemComplete the Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) form , if applicable, in accordance with Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) requirementsEffectively communicate with associates, management and various stakeholders on risks identified, possible typologies and recommend next stepsBalance inventory queues, deadlines, and priorities to achieve departmental standards and production goals.Demonstrate teamwork by accepting ad-hoc requests to assist other associates on inventoryQUALIFICATIONS1-3 years of experience in Fraud or AML ( Law Enforcement ,
