Educational requirements:High school diploma or GED required.
Skills and experience:Previous lift truck experience required.Lift truck license required.
Essential duties:Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.Load and unload yarn from trucks.Pull yarn orders for yarn preparation.Move yarn from yarn prep to repack.Move yarn from repack and locate in warehouse.Do required cycle counts on inventory.Move and locate yarn in the warehouse using scanners.Do daily inspection on lift truck equipment.Locate material in their designated areas.Maintain housekeepingComply with safety rulesComply with environmental regulationsBe aware of departmental Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)Ensure ISO procedures are followed.Understand and support Interface commitment to sustainability.Perform other duties as assignedPhysical demands:Lifting up to 40 lbs.Moving yarn boxes weighing up to 250 lbs.Work environment:Non-climate controlled manufacturing environment.#LI-AS1#On-siteWe are a VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
