responsibilities:An IT Developer on the Analytic Services Team is responsible for working with business units and IT to deliver and maintain applications that enable business transformation. The IT developer focuses on technical solutions and applications, understanding business processes and translating them into work projects in the form of analytics and dashboards. They will participate in the production support and enhancement lifecycle of our analytic systems.
Skills
Related experience includes knowledge of: basic programming proficiency (i.e. .NET, Java, C, etc.), SQL skills. ETL skills are also desired, but not required.
Effectively visualize data in reporting applications (Power BI, QlikView, RapidMiner, etc.) to provide business value and answer business questions.
Proficiency with monitoring systems using log files.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to assist in supporting Azure data warehousing solution.
Gather the requirements for new reporting projects and provide development estimates.
Create and execute comprehensive unit and integration test plans.
Willingness and propensity for continual growth, willingness to undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects, ability to adapt and change quickly.
Comfortable with using standard FE computer software including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams with an aptitude for using these technologies to accomplish work assignments.qualifications:
