Job Description :
We are seeking a Programmer Analyst 4 to lead the development, design, and implementation of customizable solutions within Salesforce, tailored to meet CRM needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives, managing release cycles, and overseeing the technical aspects of Salesforce projects.
Responsibilities :•Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and enhancements.•Ensure technical solutions align with established customer requirements, performance goals, and long-term strategies.•Manage release cycles for deploying new features and updates to existing applications.•Oversee the technical aspects of project environments and ensure adherence to development guidelines.•Collaborate with developers from other systems to ensure seamless integration across the business.•Ensure compliance with security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle.•Provide strategic technical insights and communicate them effectively at the executive level.•Develop and execute a training plan for the development team to ensure a smooth transition to Maintenance & Operations.
Required Skills:•Strong knowledge and experience with the Force.com platform, specifically Sales Cloud or Service Cloud (Gov Plus Cloud experience is a plus).•Proficiency in Salesforce administration (Salesforce Admin certifications are a plus).•Expertise in developing CRM workflows and custom solutions (Salesforce certifications are a plus).•In-depth understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations for developing custom applications.•Strong experience in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Flexi Pages, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).•Experience in implementing no-code solutions using configurations such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.•Experience working with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.•Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs.•Experience in data mapping, data migration, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Object DML operations.•Proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST, JSON, XML).•Experience implementing authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth) for 3rd-party application integrations.•Demonstrated experience with Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development.•Ownership of end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, system integrations, AppExchange products, and custom development.•Experience managing technical change management processes, including release processes for Salesforce technologies.•Ability to assess Salesforce architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions.•Proficiency in designing and documenting technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms.•Experience supporting SFDX development, branch management, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.•Ability to identify and manage risks and issues from a technical perspective.
