Job Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work from anywhere in the Southeast US while still making a significant impact. The individual will be responsible for driving B2B sales, hunting for new business opportunities, and managing a designated territory. This role is ideal for a result-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hitting sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales by proactively identifying, pursuing, and maintaining a constant pipeline of potential customers.
- Hunt for new business opportunities within the assigned territory and convert leads into sales.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales results, and challenges, providing valuable insights for business growth and strategy.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, direct sales, outside sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to hunt for new business opportunities and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in the Manufacturing sector.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
- Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
