Base Salary: $100-120k PLUS Commission (Mid Range 20%, Max/high End 40%)

Job Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work from anywhere in the Southeast US while still making a significant impact. The individual will be responsible for driving B2B sales, hunting for new business opportunities, and managing a designated territory. This role is ideal for a result-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hitting sales targets and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive B2B sales by proactively identifying, pursuing, and maintaining a constant pipeline of potential customers.
  2. Hunt for new business opportunities within the assigned territory and convert leads into sales.
  3. Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
  4. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  6. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales results, and challenges, providing valuable insights for business growth and strategy.
  7. Stay current with the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, direct sales, outside sales, or a related field.
  2. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  4. Proven ability to hunt for new business opportunities and manage a sales territory effectively.
  5. Strong business sense and industry expertise in the Manufacturing sector.
  6. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment.
  9. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
  10. Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes.
  11. Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
