Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive estate planning services to our clients, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives.
2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases and legal proceedings.
3. Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies to ensure the preservation and distribution of assets according to the client's wishes.
4. Provide sound legal advice to clients on complex estate planning matters, including tax implications, asset protection, and succession planning.
5. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the California Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning or a related field.
4. Extensive knowledge of California estate planning laws and regulations.
5. Proven track record of providing exceptional client service.
