Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive school counseling program
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Assist with academic, career, and personal/social development
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and community resources
- Interpret student data and assessments
- Coordinate student services and guidance curriculum
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in School Counseling or related field
- Valid Indiana school counseling license
- Experience in urban education preferred
