Job Details
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in care plan development with clients, families, and physicians.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments using various modalities (e.g., moist packs, cold packs, electric stimulation).
  • Ensure ongoing treatment plans are properly assessed and adjusted for outcomes.
  • Supervise PTA’s and rehab support staff, ensuring compliance with care plans.
  • Conduct chart audits, maintain regulatory compliance, and support ethical billing practices.
  • Precept new PTs and PTAs as needed.
  • Attend mandatory meetings, journal clubs, and participate in quality improvement processes.

Skills You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice in Connecticut.
  • 1+ year experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with EMR and basic computer skills.
