Job Details

Our client is seeking a full-time Litigation Support Case Manager to join their Litigation Support team, with the flexibility to work from several key office locations in the Midwest. This position offers hybrid/remote work options. The role involves collaborating closely with legal teams to address eDiscovery challenges, ensuring efficient document review and production processes.

Responsibilities Include

  • Provide technical support to the litigation case teams and serve as main contact with legal teams.
  • Provide status reports to legal teams as requested.
  • Assists attorneys and paralegals in planning discovery projects.
  • Aids with data collection and administering Relativity Analytics to aid in document review.
  • Builds and maintains litigation databases.
  • Creates document productions.
  • Assist case teams in preparation of documents for presentation at depositions, hearings and trials.
  • Working with vendors and others as needed.

Qualified Applicants Will Have

  • Experience administering Relativity and Relativity Analytics strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in a litigation environment with a minimum of one year managing electronic discovery projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and/or Microsoft Excel or similar programs very important.
  • A desire to continue learning as technology changes rapidly and a team oriented attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
