We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and talented Permanent Attorney at Law to join our progressive legal team. This exciting role involves handling a broad range of personal injury cases. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Attorney at Law, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Managing a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through to resolution.
2. Developing case strategy in line with client goals and available resources.
3. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
4. Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
5. Communicating regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
6. Staying abreast of developments in personal injury law and attending continuing legal education seminars.
7. Collaborating with legal team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to case management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Attorney at Law position, you should have:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney or Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
4. Proven experience in personal injury litigation, including trial experience.
5. Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful settlement negotiation.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
8. A high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A commitment to providing excellent client service.
