Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfectly suited to a proactive individual with a strong background in the engineering industry, particularly in mechanical design, automation systems, and conveyor systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing mechanical systems and solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
  2. Utilize 2D AutoCAD and AutoCAD 3D to design and develop mechanical systems and components.
  3. Design and implement automation systems, welding systems, and conveyor systems.
  4. Conduct design evaluations to ensure the functionality, safety, and efficiency of mechanical designs.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of mechanical designs with overall project

objectives.

  1. Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for clients, highlighting proposed mechanical solutions' benefits, costs, and timelines.
  2. Stay current with industry trends and mechanical engineering and automation technology advancements.
  3. Design robotic and automation systems to optimize manufacturing processes and improve productivity.
  4. Provide mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 10 years experience in the engineering industry, focusing on mechanical design and automation systems.
  3. Proficient in SolidWorks, 2D and 3D AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
  4. Extensive experience in the design and implementation of automation systems, welding systems, and conveyor systems.
  5. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and best practices.
  6. Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex engineering projects to successful

completion.

  1. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  3. Experience in the design of robotic and automation systems is a plus.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
