Accounting Manager

SNI has partnered in hiring with a valued client on a search for an Accounting Manager position working in Colorado Springs.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements, conducting audits and implementing process improvements.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and statements to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial data.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering professional development and maintaining high standards of performance.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $80-90k annually.
