Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation matters, including trial practice and personal injury cases, from inception through resolution. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The chosen candidate will have the chance to work with a team of experienced professionals and will be given the opportunity to showcase their legal skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including trial practice and personal injury cases.
2. Conduct and coordinate thorough investigations, draft necessary legal documents, and develop litigation strategies.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
4. Provide legal advice to clients and advise on the best course of action based on legal rights and responsibilities.
5. Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and support staff to achieve the best results for clients.
6. Stay updated with the latest legal trends, laws, and regulations applicable to the practice area.
7. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a strong emphasis on trial practice and personal injury cases.
4. Proven track record of managing all phases of litigation from inception to resolution.
5. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and team members.
8. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
9. Commitment to adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards.
10. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
