Technical Leadership: Work closely with engineering leadership to break down requirements into technical user stories, ensuring clear and actionable tasks for development teams. Project Delivery: Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, maintaining open and transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing changes to enhance future project delivery. Your Qualifications: Proven Experience: 5 years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment. Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills in a service/product-based industry, with experience in software development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and SAFe. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software (MS Project) and development tools (Azure DevOps, Jira). Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
