Our Early ID Leadership Program will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to learn about the many divisions across the bank, build technical skills, and successfully navigate our Summer Analyst interview process.

Citi's Early ID Leadership Program is designed for undergraduate sophomores. The program consists of virtual mentorship, technical training, and intense interview preparation for the 2026 Summer Analyst interview process. As part of this application, you will have the opportunity to apply to a specific business track aligned with your career interest. By filling out this application, you are applying to the Markets - Quantitative Analysis track. Each business track has its own unique application, so be sure the details you provide reflect your interest in the track you're applying to.
Throughout the program, you'll engage in opportunities and training to accelerate your professional development. By applying to your chosen business track, you're taking the first step toward building a successful career in your field of interest. Markets - Quantitative Analysis
Quantitative Analysis has responsibility for developing and supporting the financial models used for the pricing of securities for the Trading desks and for the risk management of the Firm's positions globally within Markets. Within Quantitative Analysis, there are teams of Quantitative Analysts vertically aligned to each business by asset class, covering Equities & Hybrids, G10 Rates and Local Markets, FX, Credit, Commodities and Mortgages/ Securitized Markets. There are also teams which are horizontally aligned and whose work span multiple businesses to address cross-asset requirements in areas such as Algorithmic Trading, Risk Management, Investment Strategy Modeling and Index Publication, Decision Support tools, CVA and regulatory work. Quantitative Analysis' key business partners within Markets are the Trading, Structuring and Sales Desks, the Risk Organization, Valuation and Control, and the Technology Risk teams.

Our Early ID program is designed to support and develop talent by offering mentorship and professional development opportunities. As part of the program, students can choose to align with one of our inclusion network tracks below, which highlights Citi's commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion. These tracks are open to all students, regardless of background, and aim to create a supportive community of mentors and peers.
In addition to selecting an inclusion network track, students will also choose a business track based on their career interests, ensuring they receive targeted mentorship and exposure to their chosen field. This dual-track approach allows students to benefit from specific guidance throughout the program.
We will provide educational office hours where students will get an overview of the various businesses at Citi. After submitting your application, eligible students will receive a survey to finalize their program preferences. In this survey, you will have the opportunity to select up to two inclusion network tracks and two business tracks. This selection will us to ensure you receive support aligned with your career interest. Completing this survey is an important step in personalizing your experience within Citi's Early ID program.
