We are looking for an LPN for our practice. A successful candidate will be a team player and who has a desire to work with pediatric patient families. Experience with childhood vaccinations is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
Must be willing to work at least three 8 hour shifts per week with some willingness to extend as needed. Closed most national holidays. Premium for pediatric experience.
Clinical responsibilities:* Prepares medical record for appointments, including pre-visit data gathering* Greets patients/families and escorts to exam rooms* Accurately obtains and documents all vital signs* Obtains all lab tests as ordered* Administers age-appropriate vaccines* Performs age-appropriate developmental screening* Adheres to HIPAA regulations regarding protected health information* Follows safety and emergency policies/procedures, OSHA standards/universal precautions* Assists in maintaining a safe, clean environment for patients and families* Performs cleaning duties as assigned* Documents in the electronic medical record
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 42 per week
