Your New JobJob Summary:
Our operating unit provides construction services, and we are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Warehouse Associates are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming materials, picking, and filling orders from stock, packing, and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.
Job Responsibilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel and Outlook.Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record as driving to pick up materials is sometimes required.A current Motor Vehicle Record is required.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Ensuring accuracy when receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.

Meeting deadlines for filling orders, packing, and shipping materials.
Communication Skills
Ability to follow instructions and communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Basic Math SkillsTechnical Skills
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.Familiarity with scanning and tracking systems for order management.
Problem-Solving
Identifying and resolving issues related to stock discrepancies, misplaced inventory, or packing errors.
Safety Awareness
Understanding warehouse safety protocols, such as proper lifting techniques and equipment operation, to ensure a safe working environment.
Physical requirements:
Ability to stand, stoop, squat, and bend for extended periods of time.Ability to walk for extended periods of time and/or long distances.Ability to navigate through potential uneven walkways/terrain.Tolerant to extreme elements (heat, sun, wind, rain, snow, etc.)Good vision and depth perception (corrective lenses OK)Ability to sit and drive for extended periods of time.Ability to lift 70 lbs.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
