Travel Nurse RN - ER/Trauma in Van Wert, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00); Every other weekend and holiday. No on-call requirements. Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 1 year required License: Registered Nurse (RN) license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - Permanent address must be greater than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible. Job Description: - Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the Emergency Department. - Work within a team including an LPN or Paramedic available 24/7. - Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4 in an 11-bed unit. - Wear navy-colored scrubs as uniform. - Familiarity with EPIC - CareConnect EMR system. - Complete non-billable modules pre-start, approximately 12 hours, recorded in Kronos. - Participate in 16 hours of non-billable orientation. - Travelers are the first to float within the facility if needed. - Must be pre-closed upon submission with specific travel compliance requirements. - Adhere to facility-specific background policy requirements. - Return staff must have a 366-day gap before being eligible to apply as a traveler. - More than one call-off is grounds for termination; NCNS leads to immediate termination.
