The Senior Java Full Stack Development Lead Design and Build Out Champion is responsible for establishing and implementing new application systems. You will be acting as a lead developer/architect as well as being part of creating a new team. This is GREENFIELD work, and we are building new robust application platforms for next generation of development. Responsibilities: Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Lead development of applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Angular-JS, Microservices, SQL. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work, as necessary. . Qualifications: 8 years experience with Application Development 8 years of experience in design and build out of building Enterprise level J2EE applications with messaging capabilities and webservices/microservices. 5 years as Senior Developer / Architect / Tech Lead within a distributed, service-based enterprise environment (financial institutions preferred) 5 years with SOA, Webservices, Microservices 5 years experience with Java J2EE, Spring, Hibernate 2 years of Experience in CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins etc. including automated testing tools like Selenium. 2 years of public / private / hybrid cloud is a good to have. Must have working knowledge of Microservices and Microservices best practices. Should have good exposure to Oracle(SQL, PL/SQL). Hands on experience with physical and logical Data modelling. Good knowledge of design patterns, experience conducting requirements gathering and design sessions with customers. Ability to design, organize, and implement module, perform system testing, plan, and automate tasks to maintain existing system. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills. Experience with automation of contract, API, and integration testing. Experience with systems / applications in Risk technology for financial institutions is preferred.
