Sign On Bonus: $2500GENERAL PURPOSEOperate and maintain line equipment for the product runs that meet established production standards needed for maximum efficiency and quality standards.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or stationMaintain equipment in full operational status by making adjustments to equipmentEnsure operation of equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and notifying the proper individuals when needed for preventative maintenance or issues needing attentionMaintain quality by observing operations and adjusting with speed controls and troubleshootingMaintain and clean equipment according to guidelines and expectationsReport any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediatelyMaintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issuesFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
