$19.53 - $20.81Loan Servicing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
Corrects loans as needed by adjusting rate, term, and payment posting errors in order to create an accurate member loan history.Assists in the maintenance of insurance tracking and collateral securitization and release.Answer incoming phone calls within a phone queue and make outbound phone calls.Process miscellaneous check transactions for the department, including payments, payoffs, and disbursement of checks.Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries regarding loan accounts and other related matters. Resolve basic issues or escalate complex cases to senior Team Members as needed.Work with members to obtain any missing or updated loan documentation.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan records.Review loan documents and data entry into the core systems with precision and attention to detail.Perform quality control and file maintenance reviews on loans.Perform ad hoc duties as required.Loan Servicing Specialist Minimum Qualifications
1-3 years prior experience in a financial institution or equivalent is required. Loan Servicing experience or equivalent is desirableHigh School diploma or equivalent is required.Hours
Must be available M - F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00 pm
