TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Endoscopy RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30342 About The Position Job Title: GI Lab Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Gastroenterology & Pulmonology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Guaranteed Hours: Full-time Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the specialty License: Registered Nurse Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Ability to work during holiday seasons including two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) Job Description: - The Endoscopy Lab supports all endoscopic procedures for Gastroenterology and Pulmonology service lines. - Procedures include but are not limited to: - Colonoscopies - Esophagogastroduodenoscopies (EGDs) - Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatographies (ERCPs) - Endoscopic Ultrasounds (EUS) - Bronchoscopies - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. - Prioritize patient safety and comfort throughout procedures. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. - Ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and ready for use. - Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. - Demonstrate ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience. 26143107EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS - AHA BLS - AHA Core Competency Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Managing assignments, travel logistics, and adapting to new environments requires effective time management.
