Our client, a large property management company, is looking for a temporary-to-hire Assistant Property Manager to join their team!About the Job:- Provide administrative support, including phone support, report preparation, and office supply coordination.- Assist with lease administration and maintain orderly property files, including contracts and leases.- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and oversee work order and purchase order systems.- Update and maintain tenant service packages and ensure accurate tenant information in the database.- Support budget preparation and monthly financial reporting, as well as manage invoices and insurance certificates.About You:- 3+ years of experience within real estate, commercial property management, or a related client-facing role is required.- A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.- Exceptional customer service and administrative skills are required.- Ability to work fully on-site Monday-FridayPosition Details:- Temporary-to-Hire- Pays $27/hr-$32/hr and converts between 70k-75k DOE- 100% on-site in Arlington, VAIf you have a background in property management or real estate and are looking for a new role to contribute your background and skills to a new growing team, apply today with a copy of your updated MS Office resume!Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
