ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis and QAEnsuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and productsUpgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integrationManaging Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groupsMaintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboardsPerforming database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansingEvaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and supportDocumenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tablesPreparing reports for sales and other departments
Qualifications
QualificationsSalesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certificationA bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous5+years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environmentExperience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrationExceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databasesIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalitiesProficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing accessExperience with Sales Cloud
