This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details & requirements for this opportunity:Schedule: 8:00 am - 6:00 pmJob Setting: Dental OfficeTypes of Cases: General and Restorative DentistryCredentialing Time Frame: New Provider 90-120 or Already with Medicaid's 2 weeksFacility LocationGlendale, AZ is part of Maricopa County and home of Super Bowl 2015. Just nine miles northwest of downtown Phoenix, Glendale is also the headquarters for the renowned Thunderbird International School of Business. Two of the most interesting monuments in Glendale are the Sugar Beet Factory Building, which was built in 1906 and the Glendale High School Auditorium, built in 1939.
