**Position:** RNFA**Location:** 6570V OPEN HEART OR GMCL, Georgia**Target Start Date:** 3 weeks from Offer
**Schedule:**- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)- Rotating nights, weekends, and holiday call
**Minimum Qualifications:**- Current RN license in Georgia- Completion of an accredited RNFA program- 2 years recent CVOR experience
**Department Overview:**- Performing 4-6 open heart surgeries daily (CABG, AVR, MVR, etc.)- Average of 2 cases per First Assist per day
**Holiday Requirements:**- Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) and 1 minor holiday (Black Friday or Christmas Eve).
**Note:** Local candidates within 50 miles are preferred.
