Process financial transactions for entities w/in the network:
- Record weekly cash deposits from different entities
- Document EFT receipts and revenue accruals
- Create and manage bank and journal entries2. Manage accounts receivable:
- Generate invoices
- Oversee collection process3. Ensure timely month-end close:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
- Maintain accuracy in financial reporting4. Perform monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet items5. Analyze financial data:
- Review transaction reports and financial statements
- Collaborate with accounting team and finance department6. Support compliance efforts:
- Assist in reviewing revenue and expense classifications for special programs
- Ensure proper utilization of grant funds7. Prepare for audits:
- Help entities implement appropriate financial controls
