The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment law, a proven track record of successful litigation outcomes, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar. A minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, specifically in employment law defense. Proven trial experience with a strong record of favorable outcomes.
