**Assessment and Evaluation**: Conducts thorough evaluations to identify pelvic floor dysfunction, including muscle strength and coordination issues. **Manual Therapy**: Uses hands-on techniques to release tension, improve muscle function, and alleviate pain in the pelvic region. **Therapeutic Exercises**: Prescribes targeted exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and enhance bladder and bowel control. **Patient Education**: Provides guidance on lifestyle modifications, posture, and techniques to manage pelvic health issues effectively. **Pre- and Postnatal Care**: Supports women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, addressing specific pelvic floor concerns related to childbirth.Skills you need:
Physical Therapist license in CT, or ability to obtain
