We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer with manufacturing facility experience who can effectively bridge the gap between engineering and production, driving continuous improvement and efficiency. Proficiency in CAD modeling software (such as Solidworks or ProE) is a plus, along with the ability to identify projects that enhance cost savings and operational performance. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.2. US Citizen3. 5+ years of experience and demonstrated success in process improvement, project management, quality control, tool and die design, and implementing continuous improvements in a manufacturing environment.4. Expertise in machining, casting, forging, and other manufacturing processes.5. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.6. Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office.7. Initiative and ability to work effectively with little direction and/or few guidelines.8. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information clearly and effectively.9.
