Good interpersonal skills. Good computer skills-able to use outlook, excel, and word. Experience with PointClickCare is a plus. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Greater focus on meeting customer satisfaction. Ability to prioritize duties and work efficiently.Responsibilities: Responsible for Medicare Part A and commercial insurance billing for skilled nursing community. Responsible for private pay billing and collections for skilled nursing community. Responsible for insurance verification for skilled nursing community. Works with resident families to resolve accounts receivable issues. Assists with posting payments. Responsible for quarterly Medicare credit balance reporting. Follows all our
