Please apply if you have direct experience.Why join us?Medical Dental Vision401KPTOBonusWFH FlexibilityJob DetailsAssist with Hart-Scott-Rodino and other antitrust regulatory filings.Prepare documents for production (proofreading, Bates-labeling, redacting, etc.).Conduct factual investigations and research.Attend and contribute to client and team meetings.Liaise with legal document processing vendors.Organize information in datarooms and databases.Catalog large volumes of documents in electronic and hard copy.Assist with filings to federal and state courts.Monitor case dockets and report developments.Prepare and maintain witness binders and presentations.Participate in training and development programs.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated and results-oriented.Familiarity with Hart-Scott-Rodino filings.Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management software.Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.Ability to work efficiently under time pressure with minimal supervision.Experience supporting the FTC or DOJ antitrust divisions is a plus, but not required.Interested in hearing more?
