As an Audit Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, financial analysis, and consulting services for our diverse client base. This position requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in audit, financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, consulting, and public accounting. Experience in Non-Profit and Construction would be a plus. Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements to ensure they are conducted in accordance with firm standards and regulatory requirements. Perform detailed financial statement analysis to identify potential areas of risk or concern. Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business and industry. Prepare and review audit reports, financial statements, and other financial documents. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations. Provide consulting services to clients, offering advice and guidance on financial management and strategic planning. Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit and consulting services. Stay updated on current regulations and changes in the financial industry, implementing necessary changes to audit procedures and practices. Assist in training and mentoring junior staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, consulting, and public accounting. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards. High proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
