Lead efforts to obtain and maintain certifications for IATF 16949 and ISO-9001, ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards. Assist in meeting customer and supplier quality expectations, managing production requirements, and minimizing scrap and rework. Guide management teams in interpreting and implementing policies and procedures related to quality systems. Conduct internal and external quality audits, ensuring corrective actions and countermeasures are effectively implemented. Validate supplier product quality through quality control plans, inspection criteria, and sampling procedures. Develop and maintain key quality documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, Flow Charts, and Process Capability Studies. Lead cross-functional teams in solving quality issues and implementing system improvements.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in quality control within automotive manufacturing. In-depth experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), IATF 16949, and ISO 9001. Strong skills in implementing APQP, PPAP, and customer-specific quality requirements. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines. Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and manufacturing drawings.Nice to Haves: Experience with ISO 14001 compliance. Familiarity with manufacturing processes in automotive seating or interior components.
