We are looking for talented Project Manager's to run a variety of projects ranging from $1 - $15 Million, while mentoring and overseeing Project Engineers. As our firm continues to expand, this person would step into a Director Level position. Our compensation packages include:Base SalaryProject Based Bonus401KUnlimited PTO/Sick TimeVehicle allowance at the PM level and above Company card for travel/business expensesJob DetailsResponsibilities for Construction Project Manager:Determine and define scope of work and deliverablesPredict resources needed to complete projectObtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisitesDraft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirementsManage costs in order to meet budgetProvide direction over contracts and subcontractsManage construction schedule and activitiesIssue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelinesEnsure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codesSelect and manage subcontractor and supplier relationshipsCoordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractorsQualifications for Construction Project Manager:Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture5-7 years of experience in project management within constructionComfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawingsProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer softwareDemonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principlesAbility to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costsHigh degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditionsStrong leadership and management skillsInterested in hearing more?
