We are open to training as well!Why join us?Competitive base salary and overall compensation packageBonus401K with generous company matchComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, VisionGenerous PTOLife Insurance coverageTuition ReimbursementJob DetailsAssist attorneys with the preparation and drafting of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Administer trusts and estates, including managing all aspects of the probate process.Prepare and file probate documents in various courts.Manage communication with clients, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries to facilitate the smooth administration of estates.Conduct legal research related to estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.Assist with asset transfers, including retitling assets, preparing deeds, and organizing necessary documentation.Prepare and file federal and state estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and other related tax filings.Maintain accurate records of estate and trust assets, distributions, and accountings.Coordinate the collection of asset information and collaborate with financial institutions and accountants.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing trust and estate matters.We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degreeParalegal certificateSome law firm experience preferredTrusts & Estate background for Senior Paralegal rolesInterested in hearing more?
