The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting an attorney with her estate planning and administration for high-net-worth clients.Key Responsibilities: Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling client meetings and deadlines Prepare estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Maintain and organize client files and legal documents Draft correspondence to clients, courts, and other parties Process client billing and assist with invoicing Coordinate with other departments for cross-practice matters Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information Provide general administrative support as neededQualifications: 3+ years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in trusts and estates Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred Familiarity with estate planning and administration procedures Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience interacting with high-net-worth clients a plusContact me directly on LinkedIn (Natasha van der Griendt) or Apply Here - your resume is sent to me directly when you apply!Interested in hearing more?
