Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, identifying trends and variances. Conduct ad hoc analysis to support specific business needs and special projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial software systems. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus.
