This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in HVAC systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in a variety of commercial settings. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and systems operate efficiently. Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, including troubleshooting complex problems to provide the best possible solution. Understand and implement a variety of HVAC systems, including refrigeration systems. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all technical questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and consistently maintain clean and safe work areas. Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC trends and technologies, participating in regular training and professional development opportunities as needed.Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a HVAC Technician in the construction industry or a related field. Broad knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Proficient in troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and providing effective solutions. Exceptional customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable way. Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and commercial HVAC. Excellent repair skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong commitment to adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
