The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by designing and implementing groundbreaking electrical solutions. This is a permanent, full-time position that provides a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from control systems to electrical system design. The Lead Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.2. Design and develop control systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and adhere to all relevant safety standards.3. Specify and select equipment, including heavy equipment, for various projects.4. Design and implement air filtration systems, ensuring they meet all necessary specifications and standards.5. Oversee all electrical installations, ensuring they are performed correctly and safely.6. Design and manage medium voltage systems.7. Ensure all work adheres to the National Electric Code.8. Develop and implement electrical designs, ensuring they meet project requirements and adhere to all relevant safety standards.9. Determine cable sizing for various projects, ensuring they meet all necessary specifications and standards.10. Design and develop embedded circuits, ensuring they meet project requirements and adhere to all relevant safety standards.11. Oversee the design and implementation of lighting systems.12. Design and implement electrical system designs, ensuring they meet all necessary specifications and standards.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on control systems, equipment specification, air filtration, heavy equipment, installations, medium voltage, national electric code, electrical design, cable sizing, embedded circuit, lighting systems, and electrical system design.3. Demonstrated experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.4. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.7. A strong commitment to safety, with a thorough understanding of all relevant safety standards and regulations. 8. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.Interested in hearing more?
