This role will take ownership of the balance sheet. This role will also be responsible for loading local trial balances into our corporate reporting tool. This will require follow up and continuous discussions with team members to complete account reconciliations timely. Responsible for accounts payable. Duties include, but are not limited to, addressing AP issues when they arise, explain and understand the impact within the ERP system, and provide resolution to Director of Finance, and communicating frequently with team members to ensure invoices are approved correctly and efficiently. Responsible for Accounts Receivable Processing.

Duties include, but are not limited to, creating customer invoices, processing daily bank deposits, applying cash to customer accounts, processing credit card payments, and collections. Responsible for tracking capital expenditures. This will include updating fixed asset software for additions & disposals, reporting & reviewing monthly spend with local management and updating spend within our corporate reporting tool. Establish and maintain financial and compliance processes, including a strong internal control environment to assure the records of the company are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, site-specific accounting procedures, and other regulatory requirements, as applicable. Support the budget and forecasting activities for the site. Collaborate with the site leaders and team members to support overall Company goals and objectives. Support both recurring and ad-hoc information requests from site leaders and team members. Assist with special projects on group wide initiatives, process simplification, and specific projects as requested.Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting

5+ years of similar experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
