Preparing and drafting various legal documents such as briefs, motions, appeals, agreements, and contracts. Conducting extensive legal research to support client cases. Negotiating settlements to resolve disputes in favor of clients. Collaborating with our legal team to develop effective strategies for managing cases. Staying updated on current laws and regulations within the collection and bankruptcy field to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.Qualifications: 1+ years of experience as an attorney. JD from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the Pennsylvania or New Jersey. (Bonus points for both!) Experience or interest in collection and bankruptcy litigation.
