This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about technology and construction, and is eager to play a critical role in the development of state-of-the-art data centers. You will be working on ground-up construction projects, ensuring the smooth operation of mission-critical systems. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the design and execution of advanced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Responsibilities:1. Oversee all aspects of the MEP design and construction for data center projects, from conception to completion.2. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.3. Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet all safety regulations and quality standards.4. Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.5. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure the adherence to project specifications and safety standards.6. Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact the project timeline or budget.7. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, budget forecasts, and risk assessments.8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying updated on industry trends and best practices, and implementing them in your projects.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP project engineering, preferably in the construction of data centers.3. Demonstrated experience in ground-up construction and mission-critical systems.4. In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including their design, installation, and operation.5. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively and efficiently.7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.8. Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant technology.9.
