Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.2. Process invoices, credit memos, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and databases.4. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.5. Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.6. Prepare financial reports and statements for review by management.7. Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits, providing necessary information and documentation.8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in laws, and new technologies that may impact the company’s accounting processes.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the construction industry.2. Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry.3. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.4. Excellent data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.5. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.6. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.8. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.9. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.10.
