This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of quality control and inspection techniques, precision measurement, problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the implementation of ISO 9001 quality standards. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality inspection and control within the Engineering industry.Responsibilities:1. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits, ensuring all extrusion products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.2. Utilize precision measurement tools to inspect parts and validate the accuracy of dimensions and features.3. Implement and monitor the ISO 9001 Quality Management System across all operations.4. Identify and report any quality issues or defects, and work closely with the engineering team to develop solutions.5. Develop, implement, and maintain quality testing procedures and documentation.6. Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities related to quality control.7. Train and guide team members on quality control procedures and standards to ensure understanding and compliance.8. Assist in the preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.10.
