This is a permanent, full-time position that will play a pivotal role in expanding our business footprint, driving sales growth, and fostering long-term client relationships in the Mid-Atlantic region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, sales forecasting, sales operations, food service sales, broad-line distributor relationships, broker sales, territory development, account management, business development, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales growth and profitability across the
Mid-Atlantic region. Conduct sales forecasting and market analysis to identify sales opportunities and potential risks. Manage sales operations to ensure optimal efficiency and performance. Cultivate strong relationships with food service providers and broad-line distributors to expand our market
presence. Leverage broker sales strategies to reach out to potential clients and generate new business leads. Develop and manage territory plans to maximize sales coverage and customer reach. Manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and
loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role within the manufacturing industry. Proven track record of successful sales strategy development and execution. Experience in sales forecasting, sales operations, and territory development. Strong experience in food service sales, broad-line distributor relationships, and broker sales. Demonstrated ability in account management, business development, and customer relationship
management. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects. Self-starter with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.
